Orders

• What method of payment do you accept?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal.

• How can I make changes to my order?
  We are just one email away. Please contact us at hello@habituco.com  within 6 hours from the time you have placed your order. Please be sure to include "CHANGE ORDER" within your subject line and your order number within your email and we will get back to you soon. Remember, your order normally gets shipped out within 1-2 business days after you've placed the order.

• I've missed a sales promotion on a recent order that was placed. Is there any way I can still enjoy this offer?
  Of course, we work very hard to satisfy each and every one of our customers. Please do let us know via email at hello@habituco.com including your order number and discount code or offer that you would like to claim. If the order was placed more than 24 hours after the promotion's expiration date, we would like to apologize, that we would unfortunately not be able to apply any price adjustments. However, we will always be more than happy to assess each case and honour any adjustments if it is deemed applicable.

What information do we collect?

• When placing an order or registering a product, we will ask for your name, place of purchase and price along with email in order to ensure the purchased unit is authentic and valid for warranty purposes. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
• All credit card purchases are processed through PayPal secure site and are not passed onto any other third party.
